Dr. Benjamin oversees all aspects of clinical quality, patient safety, medical management, infection control for the medical center and the quality and patient safety strategies for Baystate Medical Practices. He was instrumental in the development and launch of TechSpring and continues to serve as Chair of the TechSpring Steering Committee.
