TechSpring celebrities Joel Vengco, Dr. Neil Kudler, and Christian Lagier flew out to Chicago for HIMSS15, which is the place to be, as far as Health IT Conferences are concerned. You can view Carla Smith’s, Executive Vice President HIMSS, closing remarks of the conference and learn what it was all about. In addition, check out Joel’s interview with Healthcare Informatics he explains how TechSpring and Baystate are “Working to move the needle on data liberation”. Christian was also seen speaking at the Basketball Hall of Fame where the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) addressed, “What is Healthcare Innovation?” Christian presented how innovation is done at TechSpring. He shared that the TechSpring Innovation Project’s are focused around validating and/or disproving of critical assumptions by defining clear goals and including measurement, especially around the business case. Because we place an emphasis on learning, we can’t fail! Chris Coburn, Chief Innovation Officer for Partners HealthCare (and founder of legendary Cleveland Clinic Innovations), and Dennis Chalke, Baystate CFO also presented.
