What are the terms of my membership?

Answer:

With our memberships there are no long-term leases or commitments, members pay on a month-to-month basis. All payments are due the first of the month payable online at http://www.techspringhealth.org/pay. This link also provides instructions for paying via check.  Memberships may not be shared; one membership per person.

Payment Schedule 

·      Membership fees are due on or before the first of each month

·      Membership will automatically cancel (access badge will be deactivated) 7th day of unpaid month

·      First month is pro-rated:

·      Join 1st-7th full amount; 8th-14th 75%; 15th -21st 50%; 22nd to end of month 25%

·      Cancellation 30 prior to cancellation date (ex. if termination notice delivered Jan 15th, member still pays for all of Feb)

 

Try not to lose your card

If your TechSpring access card is lost or stolen, notify TechSpring staff immediately as this is a safety concern. There is a fee for replacement ID and parking cards.
