What event is complete without food? Don’t fret over lugging around bags and trays or setting up a spread. Let us do the work for you! Our experienced staff will work with you in determining the needs for your event, and then coordinate with our catering partners to make sure they are met. Let us do all the leg work so you can focus on having a great meeting, conference, or retreat.
Polycoms, projectors, and power strips. Oh my! We have the tech and tools to fulfill whatever need your event may have. Our Cisco Spark Board or Polycoms make video or audio conferences a breeze while our “Tech Hotel” is stocked with every kind of cable and adapter under the sun. The Crestron system in our Flex Space can link with speakers and microphones to ensure you won’t have to shout for those in the back and is even linked to our lighting system to help you create the perfect atmosphere for learning, productivity, or FUN.
The TechSpring offices are designed from the ground up to be spark innovation, inspiration, and creative thinking. We offer a wide array of rooms in different sizes, all of which can be configured to fit the needs of your event. Our ergonomic chairs provide comfort for any occasion, while our bright colors and large windows create a fun and bright atmosphere for any occasion. While you’re taking a breaking from the drab colors and cramped spaces of your office, don’t forget to spend some time on our furnished terraces overlooking beautiful Court Square Park.
Our own hours may be 9-5, but that doesn’t your meeting or event has to be. Whether it be an after work event or even a weekend long training we are able to ensure that HVAC services are kept running throughout event. Stay productive by keeping a winter chill from slowing your fingertips on the keyboard or warding of the energy drain of a stuffy summer Sunday.
Need a set of tech savvy hands? What assistance with setting up food? Our event staff can be on-site to help with set-up, troubleshooting, greeting and directing guests, or any other need that may arise. Meanwhile, our administrative staff will work with you leading up to your event to cover all of the bases when it comes to determining what services you may need.

Who doesn't think and work better with happy tastebuds and a full stomach? Here at TechSpring we proudly offer a wide variety of menu options and catering packages from Baystate's Health and Nutrition Services. Baystate Catering as all your bases covered from parfait to pizza to ensure that whatever your tastes, budget, and dietary needs may be, that we have the means to meet them. Looking for something special and unique, or craving something from your favorite local eatery? We are happy to provide options from several local favorites. If you don't see something you like, just ask! We are committed to making every aspect of your event as satisfactory as possible. Finally, when it comes time to wash it all down TechSpring offers a wide variety of in-house specialty beverages.
Coworking space? Don't even trip. We got you. Single day? We got that. Resident Membership? We got that too. You want to set up an air mattress and live here? Well, you can't do that but you can rent a whole office. I guess since you have 24/7 access you could put an air mattress in you desk and no one would really know you're living here but that would be pretty weird right? I mean we do have a kitchen and shower so it isn't totally impossible. Beats rent in the area too.
