Chief Strategy Officer & Senior Vice President, Strategy & External Relations

Jennifer works closely with the senior team to formulate and execute health system strategy and provides oversight for all strategic planning, business development and external relations functions to fulfill Baystate Health’s vision and mission.

Jennifer comes to Baystate Health from Orlando Health in Florida, where she served as Vice President, Clinical Integration, for an 1,800+ bed system comprised of eight acute inpatient facilities including Orlando Regional Medical Center, a level one trauma center and teaching hospital.

Prior to her role at Orlando Health, she served as senior vice president for the national health care management consulting group, Navvis & Company, headquartered in St. Louis. In this role she assisted physicians and organizations in coming to consensus around core ideals and creating partnerships. She is a graduate of the University of Florida.
