TechSpring is excited to partner with The Public Health Institute of Western Mass to bring you The Social Services "Social".
At this event you'll learn the preliminary results of our region's Social Services Assessment survey and get an update on the new Accountable Care Organization and their work to link with social service agencies.
We are pleased that Western Massachusetts leaders have such strong interest in developing stronger connections among social services and healthcare as part of their commitment to our residents.
We look forward to sharing the survey results and supporting a process to move efforts forward so everyone will have what they need to lead healthy lives.
