What is the guest policy?

Answer:

Members are encouraged to invite guests for meetings or conference calls. Please have your guest sign in when they first arrive. 

TechSpring staff will greet your guests at the reception area and notify you of their arrival via your preferred method of contact (text, email, phone call).  It is the responsibility of the member resident to greet guests in the reception area. Member host must be present during their guest’s entire visit.

Members are welcome to meet with guests in either a reserved conference room or a private dedicated office, however please refrain from meeting with guests in the open workspace area; this may disturb others who are working and may compromise the confidentiality of your own private conversation.

All guests are expected to follow the same rules and guidelines which apply to registered members.

If hosting more than ten guests at a time, it is considered an event, and requires prior notification and arrangement with TechSpring host at hello@techspringhealth.org
