Come and meet leaders from Baystate, Dell, and other key technology companies who are working together to prove new solutions in healthcare delivery, right here, right now.  There will be presentations of 4 innovation projects that are underway, facilitated by TechSpring. These are time-limited experiments structured to learn and create the proof-points needed to propel a solution towards broad success.

• Starting in October, the first select patients will be able to consult Baystate physicians or pharmacists via E-visits from the convenience of their smartphone. This is an example of high value healthcare at a lower delivery cost.

• Baystate and Dell teams are currently collaborating to improve real-world health analytics pursuing insights into better care for chronically ill patient populations and identify opportunities for early interventional care.

• We are creating the proof points that proactive remote monitoring of care, using medical devices in a patient home, can help prevent adverse medical events and improve the quality of life for people with chronic conditions, while reducing cost.

• If you come to TechSpring, we can show you a free-standing healthcare kiosk that can allow patients to consult with a Baystate healthcare professional face-to-face via video and virtual diagnosis at locations convenient to the patient.
